  1. Firstly add 2 to 3 pieces boneless chicken in a pressure cooker, then add 2 garlic pods, half onion (cubes), salt and water. Pressure cook it on a low flame for 4 to 5 whistles.   4. Add sugar & salt and mix it. Now take a raw egg in a separate bowl, add salt & whisk it, add 2 tbsp of it into the soup & keep the rest aside. From the total 3 cups of water, take the remaining half cup of water in a separate bowl again and add cornflour to it. Mix it well with water, without forming any lumps. Add it into the pan & mix everything well again. Now finally add some pepper powder to it & mix it.
  5. Then again cook it for 2 more mins and serve hot. You can enjoy having it as mid-day/evening snacks or as a light dinner. This will definitely help you to lose weight and stay fit.
