  1. Wash ur tomatoes,peppers,tatashe and onions and put in ur blender and blend till smooth and set aside.
  2. In a pot,add oil, heat it up and add sliced onions and fry for a few minutes and pour in ur blended tomatoes, add ur curry,thyme,garlic,ginger,salt and knorr chicken cubes,stir,cover and simmer for a few mins till dry.
  3. Once d tomatoes is dry,add ur chicken stock and little water and bring to a boil.
  4. Once its boiled,pour in ur washed rice cover and cook on medium heat till almost dry.
  5. Open and pour in ur sliced tomatoes, pepper and diced Pineapple and cook for 2-3 mins,

  7. Serve in ur Pineapple bowl with Coleslaw, fried chicken and fried plantain.
