- Wash your hand say BismiAllah and drood shareef
- Take chicken boneless and cut it into small cubes. Set aside
- Take carrot,cabbage, capsicum cut it too into small cubes. Set aside
- In a large pot add water,chicken bones,carrot,onion, whole garlic,black pepper,salt to taste,cloves, bring to a very good boil on high flame. Once it starts boiling reduce the heat to low flame and cook it for 1h. You can cook it in pressure cooker as well…but its take less time almost 30m. Then strain and your stock is ready.
- In other pot add oil,ginger and mix it well. Then add Chicken and cook it until color changes for about 4-5m
- Mix chicken with All veggies and corn
- Now add all things in pressure cooker. Add all spices salt,pepper,chicken cube,chilli sauce,soya sauce,vinegar, and add chicken stock and mix it very well and bring to boil
- Then cook it for 30-35m and lastly mix corn flour in water.Gradually add it in soup and cook it until you read your desire consistency
- In a bowl break both eggs and whisk well.Gradually add them in soup and keep stirring.
- Cook it for 2-3m.Lastly add green onion
