- Add chicken stock 1 Cup water and mix well. Let the mixture comes to boil. Add cornflour slurry and mix well. Cook until the soup thicken slightly. Add beaten egg into the soup and stir constantly. Add chopped spring onions onion greens and mix well. Add vinegar mix well. Switch off the flame.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot with fried noodles.
