  7. Make ready 1-2 tablespoons Mirin *OR 1-2 teaspoons Sugar
  8. Get Salt & White Pepper
  9. Get 1/2 tablespoons Potato Starch OR Corn Starch *mixed with 1 tablespoon water
  10. Prepare Freshly Cooked Rice 2 servings

  4. When Wombok is soft, gradually add starch flour mixture, stirring well, to thicken the sauce.
  5. Half fill a bowl with freshly cooked rice and cover it with the mince & wombok mixture.
