- Make ready 500 gm boneless chicken, thin cubes
- Prepare 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste

- Prepare 2 tsp corn-flour
- Prepare 1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
- Prepare 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- Make ready 1 tsp soya sauce
- Prepare 1 tsp chilli sauce
- Get to taste salt
Add the chorizo and fry for a few mins more. Stir in the peppers, then pour in the tomatoes, followed by a can of water, the stock cubes, chilli and oregano. Add the chicken strips and cook for a couple of minutes, then add the tinned tomatoes. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the onion until softened.
Instructions to make Chilli Chicken:
- Marinate washed chicken with chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, soya sauce, chilli sauce and salt. Keep aside for 1 hour.
- Meanwhile, cut onions and capsicum.
- Add corn flour to marinated chicken and mix well.
- To make sauce, take a bowl and add soya sauce, chilli sauce, red chilli powder and mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken till golden brown.
- Remove excess oil from pan and keep only 4 spoons of oil in the pan. Add garlic, sauté for a minute. Then add onion, capsicum, green chillies and fry till they become slightly soft.
- Pour the sauce we have prepared and let the sauce bubble up. Add tomato puree and salt. Saute for 2 minutes.
- Add fried chicken and fry for 2 – 3 minutes.
- Add chicken stock and cook for 4 – 5 minutes.
- Serve hot chilli chicken with rice.
- Note – If you don’t get red colour, you can add a pinch of red food colour.
Add the chicken strips and cook for a couple of minutes, then add the tinned tomatoes. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the onion until softened. Stir in the spices and cook for a few secs. Bring to the boil and add the chorizo and chicken thighs. Fry onions and garlic in the olive oil over medium heat until soft.
