- Put water on fire,when it's boiling wash and pour in the rice. Allow to parboil for 3mins, drop and wash the rice and set aside.
- Put the chicken stock on fire and water(desired quantity), add cube, curry, part of the ginger and garlic, spices, 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, salt, and allow it to boil. Then add the parboiled rice and allow to cook.
