- Now take out chicken in a plate and remove bones. Shredd chicken and keep aside.
- Add a glass of water to the stock (yakhni) and boil it for 2 minutes. Then add shredded chicken and again boil it for 8-10 minutes.
- Dissolve corn flour in water and gradually pour it to the chicken stock and stirr Continuously.
- Then add beaten eggs and stir continuously. Then add green chillies, ginger slices and lemon slices. Mix it, cover for 3-5 minutes.
- Now add vinegar, soya sauce and black pepper powder and cook a minute.
- Then add fresh coriander leaves and leave for 2 minute.
- Now turn off the flame and transfer soup to a bowl, garnish with coriander leaves, lemon slices and serve 😋.
