  19. Take 2-3 florets cauliflower, cut into paysanne

Now strain the consomme through a soup strainer lined with muslin cloth
  1. For service - 1. Heat little butter in a sauce pan, saute the cut vegetable for few seconds without coloring. - 2. Add the consomme, adjust the seasoning & serve hot
