In a medium stock pot combine stock, cream style corn and chicken. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and add pepper and salt. In a separate bowl mix the cornflour with water. Remove chicken breast from the stock and leave to cool for a few minutes then shred.

Instructions to make Chicken Corn Soup:
  1. Put chicken, garlic, ginger, carrot, onion, bay leaf, salt, black peppercorns in a pot, add water n cook for 40-50 minutes until chicken is cooked.
  2. Shred chicken, strain broth. Add black pepper, soya sauce, blended corn n check salt, add if needed.
  3. Add cornflour slurry (corn flour + water) in it stir quickly to avoid lumps.. add beaten egg whites cook for 1 minutes n its done.
  4. Serve it with chili sauce n vinegar sauce.

In a separate bowl mix the cornflour with water. Remove chicken breast from the stock and leave to cool for a few minutes then shred. Add corn to stock and bring to the boil over a medium heat. Combine soy sauce and cornflour into a paste then stir into the soup to thicken slightly.
