In a medium stock pot combine stock, cream style corn and chicken. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and add pepper and salt. In a separate bowl mix the cornflour with water. Remove chicken breast from the stock and leave to cool for a few minutes then shred.
Instructions to make Chicken Corn Soup:
- Boil chicken bones and chicken boneless by adding water in a pot for 20-25 min
- Separate the chicken with bones and make a small piece of meat
- Grind the sweet corn and cook it by adding small pieces of chicken, black pepper powder and salt for 4-5 min
- Put water in corn flour and mixed it.Add green onion, carrot, chilli sauce, vinegar, soy sauce and boiled eggs.
- Heat the oil in a pot and put the soup in it.sprinkle black pepper for garnish.
- Now tasty Chicken Corn soup is ready to serve.

In a separate bowl mix the cornflour with water. Remove chicken breast from the stock and leave to cool for a few minutes then shred. Add corn to stock and bring to the boil over a medium heat. Combine soy sauce and cornflour into a paste then stir into the soup to thicken slightly.
