- First prepare and remove all ingredients as this will be a instant soup.wash the chicken bones(u can even put mutton bones)
- Heat a vessel with ghee,add in onion with whole garam masala,coriander seeds and fennel seeds. Saute few seconds then add in chicken bones with salt & maggi.mix well then add in ginger,garlic,raw turmeric and tomato.
- Saute all these for few seconds. Now add in water and cover the lid.let it simmer for 10 mins.when soup is ready discard the bones and strain the soup.
