  6. Rip bits of your doe and roll them in your hands to make a ball then sqaush with your palms to flattern like a saucer shape and place them into the pan with chicken.
  7. Leave all to simmer and cook for 1hr 30min steer the food every now and then so it does not stock to pan. If the water is draining from pan jus add some more hot water. U can also add a pinch of salt if needed to pull more flavour out of the dish
