  2. add chicken,onion and minced garlic.
  3. cook until chicken is no longer pink and onion is translucent.
  4. slowly add flour stirring constantly.
  5. one combined and mixed well, slowly stir in half and half, wisking continuasly.
  6. continue cooking and stirring until its starting to thicken.
  7. in a bowl combine all seasonings, the powdered boullion and the water. wisk well.
  8. add seasoning water to pot and mix well.
  9. stir in spinach and carrots.
  10. add gnocci and salt and pepper to taste.
  11. bring to a slow rolling boil stirring often.
  12. continue to boil until gnocci is fully cooked.
  13. let stand at least 10 minutes stirring every few minutes. it will thicken more as it cools.
  14. serve hot with fresh grated parmesan or romano cheese.
  15. this served 4 heavy eaters with leftovers for 2 more servings. served with buttered french bread.
