  2. Get 2/3 pound smoked bacon

  7. Prepare 1 medium onion
  8. Take 1-1/2 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt

  11. Take 1/3 cup parsley flakes
  12. Get 1 leaf bay leaf
  13. Make ready 2/3 cup sour cream

Pour in stock and bring to the boil. Rinse in a colander under cold water. Peel the potatoes and cut into chunks. Melt the butter in a pan and gently sauté the onion and garlic.
