  5. after 45 minutes add red potatoes and pasta, let simmer for 25 minutes. after 25 minutes add rest of ingredients except for parsley to the pot and let simmer for 30 minutes
  6. after 30 minutes serve in a soup bowl and sprinkle parsley and serve

While chicken cooks, heat a nonstick skillet over medium high heat with a drizzle of oil. Add to soup pot after chicken is removed along with minced garlic, poultry seasoning and salt. Chop broccoli and cauliflower and add to soup pot along with can of corn and liquid and the diced chicken.
