Add garlic, onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, celery, and carrots. Saute until onions are translucent and the veggies have been tossed through with hot oil.   4. Then add Capsicum and cabbage and let it cook uncovered for 2 more mins.
  5. Add salt, black pepper and oregano.
  6. Add shredded chicken and mix well.
  7. Add 3 cups of water/stock and let it come to a boil.
  8. Mix cornflour with 1 cup water at room temperature. Add to the boiling soup and stir for a minute.
  9. Garnish with finely chopped fresh coriander and serve the piping hot chicken soup.
