- Get 2 table spoon sweet soya sauce
- Take 1 tablespoon white sugar

Put the chicken on a board and shred into bite-size pieces using a couple of forks. Return the chicken to the stock with the noodles, sweetcorn, mushrooms, spring onion and soy sauce. - Put the chicken in a big heavy pot, and add in 1.5 litres of water, 3 garlic cloves, 1 onion roughly chopped, a pinch of salt and a stalk of lemongrass.
